Geoff Olliff

Geoff is ViFX’s Managing Director and is responsible for the day to day operations of ViFX. He has a technical background specialising in microprocessor design and control systems and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auckland University, an MBA from Auckland and is currently engaged on PhD program in leadership, complexity and distributed organisations.

Geoff has spent the majority of his 20 year IT career establishing and operating businesses in the computer hardware, telecommunications and support services area.

Neil Cresswell

In his role as ViFX’s Technical Director, Neil has overall responsibility and accountability for technology direction, consultation, design, quality and execution of ViFX solutions and services.

He is recognised and acknowledged as one of the leading experts in the realms of virtualisation and storage infrastructure technologies and has an absolute passion for information technology and for what can be achieved through innovation and driving technology. Neil is a dynamic ICT professional, routinely summoned by customer and partners to trouble-shoot or develop and implement complex and ground-breaking solutions.

Derek Leitch

As Director of Marketing & Sales for ViFX, Derek is responsible for ViFX’s go-to-market, customer relationship management, ViFX customer experience initiatives and the marketing strategy.

Prior to establishing ViFX, Derek was with Dell for 11 years and has over 20 years experience in ICT marketing and relationship-sales and is acknowledged and respected by customers for delivering real value through experience, expertise and quality service execution.

Richard Rogers

In Richard’s role as Chief Financial Officer, he oversees all legal, financial and compliance matters across the ViFX Group of companies.

Richard has worked in a number of senior finance roles within the ICT industry dating back to 2000 and since moving to Australia in 2003 he has held CFO positions at Dell ANZ and HotelClub, a global hotel website business, part of Orbitz Worldwide a leading US online travel company. He qualified as a chartered accountant in the UK.
