“The ViFX Approach & Methodology”
ViFX leverage a structured methodology based on a model developed by The Open Group (TOGAF). This model has been modified based on ViFX experiences and tailored to suit the Asian market. The model encompasses multiple distinct phases, each with a specific objective and deliverable. Each phase builds on information harvested or generated in previous phases, and together form the architectural documentation for any new environment.
The work products follow a natural progression through various stages, allowing ViFX to understand your business drivers, your current environment, your requirements, constraints, and then finally from this information develop the strategy and reference architecture.
