Our experience across many customers allows us to add the value of that experience to help new customers develop their business cases or add to their business case with supporting intelligence.
ViFX uses its commercial consultants and management to facilitate these services. The program of work can involve stakeholder surveys / interviews / workshops, analysis and report preparation.
From time to time customers do not have the opportunity, or time to review the benefits of their virtualisation or storage projects. We believe this is a very important part of a technology solution implementation and that it is our responsibility to our business and management to review and report back on the capital or operational investment.
Securing project funding can be difficult, so why not go the extra mile to close the loop and validate that the savings and benefits initially prescribed in the business-case have actually been realised. Maybe the quantifiable benefits are greater than projected?
ViFX offers customers a Benefits Realisation Service where we work with project stakeholders, about 90-180 post-implementation, to analyse, quantify and report project benefits (inc. financial, process, technology, etc).
The Benefits Realisation Report allows IT managers to report back to their financial managers validating the success of their IT project(s).
ViFX has experience in producing and independently running (typically storage solutions) EOIs and RFPs and the related tendering selection process for customers.
This is a niche service which ViFX customers have requested as they perceive ViFX as their trusted technology advisor , acknowledged subject matter experts and an independent / brand-neutral consultant.
